• Congratulations to BMI student, Jillian Green, for successfully defending her thesis, “Developing a
Vector to Co-Express Human Cytomegalovirus Proteins to Understand Cytoplasmic Virion Envelopment”, for her Master of Science in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology. Congratulations also for being accepted into a PhD program at Virginia Tech!
• Congratulations to Dr. Kevin Theis on his promotion to Associate Professor with tenure. This is well-deserved recognition of the many ways Dr. Theis contributes to the environment of our department and the School of Medicine.
