Note from the Chair:

Scott Hall condition reporting
School of Medicine administration wants to address the many issues in the several buildings on the School of Medicine campus, starting with Scott Hall.
Last week (last week (Sept. 5) we all received an emailed message on behalf of Thane Peterson, the School of Medicine’s vice dean of Finance and Administration) about a survey to identify problems in Scott Hall. The email was sent by Philip Van Hulle.

As it said:

Please consider taking a few moments each day and throughout each day (including weekends) to quickly report on the condition of your area(s) in the fields below. The form is anonymous. At its completion, the survey results will be shared with everyone on these email listservs.

We encourage you to submit this form as many times as you wish and as needed during the timeframe that it is open, until Oct. 4.https://forms.wayne.edu/66d850c3bac0b

Please take the time to report issues in your areas, in BMI spaces, and in other spaces you use throughout the building.  You can do this as individuals, labs, and other groups, such as our student government.  You can submit as many forms as you wish.

Deadline: October 4, 2024
