My research interests involve the investigation of the genes in Vibrio cholerae that may be important for its colonization of the zebrafish intestinal tract.
Additionally, I am interested in the V. cholerae accessory toxins that cause diarrhea in the zebrafish, which may be an overlooked method of environmental transmission for cholera.
