Research

My research interests include:
1. The designing and the characteristics of new aneurysm rupture mouse model caused by FBN1 nonsense mutation.
2. The mechanisms of aneurysm rupture caused by FBN1 nonsense mutation.
3. The screening and identification of the diagnostic markers for aneurysm progression and rupture.
4. The screening and identification of the therapeutical targets for preventing FBN1 mutation induced Marfan aneurysm rupture.
5. The non-coding RNAs including miRNAs and licRNAs in Marfan aneurysm.
